Shenzhen is a city filled with stylish and beautifully designed bars, and the area around Guomao is especially lively. Being close to Hong Kong, this part of Luohu has a distinctly vibrant nightlife scene, with all kinds of indoor and outdoor bars lighting up the streets after dark.
But this particular bar? Honestly, I had no idea it even existed. I’ve walked past this area thousands of times, yet somehow never noticed the hidden bar tucked underground.
So today, let’s take a look and see what this little hidden gem is really like! 👍

🔮 As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a full wall of liquor cabinets paired with classic marble sculptures, the atmosphere feels premium and artistic.
There’s also a small stage for live singers. When I visited, it was Halloween season🎃, and the bar had added lots of fun decorations.🕯
The bar isn’t very large, but the seating layout is well‑designed: bar counter seats, semi‑private treasure‑chest booths, and cozy sofa areas. All arranged thoughtfully.
Drinks & Foods
Today I tried one of their low-alcohol cocktails called “Letting Go of Possessiveness.” In recent years, drinks served with one large ice cube in the middle have become increasingly popular. This cocktail follows the trend, with a huge ice cube slowly melting in the glass.
It has a sweet first impression, followed by a hint of lemon acidity and a touch of rosemary 🌿. The flavor is refreshing and easy to drink. And because the ice melts gradually, it almost feels like you’re getting a little “refill” as you drink. Of course, it’s just the same cocktail slowly becoming more diluted. The overall taste was really good.
The set also came with Japanese rice crackers and cucumber sticks. The rice crackers were crispy and made an excellent snack to enjoy with the drink. The cucumber sticks were more ordinary. They were nicely presented, but since cucumber sticks are so simple and easy to recreate, there wasn’t anything particularly special about them.
I also noticed that the fork holder was shaped like a swan 🦢, a small but cute detail that added a little extra charm to the presentation.
📚Overall Experience
A cozy little bar with a nice atmosphere. The seating in the main area is a little close together, but there are also bar seats and small private booths to choose from. There are even some seats and decorations outside the bar, although the atmosphere there is much less impressive.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stop by for a casual drink on your own or come with friends for a relaxed evening. The intimate setting and different seating options make it a good choice for both solo drinks and casual gatherings.
