Some people say there’s a delicious Thai boat noodle shop hidden in Huaqiangbei. The reviews, however, are mixed. Since I’ve never been to Thailand myself, I can’t be sure how authentic the dishes are. So today, I decided to let my taste buds be the judge of whether these noodles are truly worth the hype.

The shop isn’t very large, but it stands out compared to nearby places.With rough gray walls decorated by colorful paintings, it instantly gives off a cozy, artsy vibe.
There are wall‑side seats and square tables, though it can feel a bit crowded when busy.

I ordered the single‑person set meal, which cost about 54RMB💰.

From the moment it arrived, you could tell the ingredients were carefully prepared. It included beef slices, crispy pork skin, beef balls, beef brisket, chives, and fried garlic 🧄.
The presentation was so refined, and the broth was rich, sweet, and flavorful. You can sip the soup first, then adjust the taste to your liking with sugar, vinegar, or fish sauce. The noodles were perfectly chewy, making the dish truly satisfying 💖.

Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and mouth‑watering 🤤. The lemongrass flavor reveals itself as you chew, leaving a fragrant aftertaste.
The set also included a refreshing iced cola 🥤, perfect for balancing the richness.

The service was attentive too—when a customer asked for extra soup, the staff happily obliged. If you’re passing by Huaqiangbei, this place is definitely worth a try.
