I have to say, this unassuming chicken clay pot shop turned out to be surprisingly impressive❗️At first glance, it looked like an ordinary chicken pot restaurant. But once I stepped inside, I noticed several Hong Kong diners already seated—clearly regulars who had visited multiple times. That alone made me think the food here must be good.

The chicken had a truly rich chicken flavor 👍.The texture was firm yet tender, and you could immediately tell it was high‑quality Qingyuan chicken. Even the plain white meat was easy to enjoy.The color, aroma, and taste were all spot‑on—the chicken glistened beautifully, making it visually irresistible.The seasoning was just right: savory, fragrant, and well‑balanced.Although it was only half a chicken, the portion was generous. Two people almost couldn’t finish it.

Toward the end, you can add water to cook luncheon meat and vegetables 🥬. I highly recommend the romaine lettuce—once it absorbs the chicken juices, it becomes incredibly sweet and aromatic.

🏆 Rice Covered with Chicken Fat

This was my first time trying this kind of rice, and it was surprisingly rich and flavorful. There were tiny mushroom bits 🍄 mixed in, and the rice itself was soft and fragrant. But because it’s made entirely with chicken fat, it does get a little heavy toward the end.

The staff were very warm and friendly. One young lady had a bright, healthy look and was extremely polite—she even explained the reason for a slight delay in serving the dishes.

The air‑conditioning was strong, so you won’t end up sweating halfway through your meal 🥵.The seating was comfortable, and the décor was vibrant and eye‑catching, making the dining experience pleasant.

I genuinely and strongly recommend this place 🏆.The chicken was exceptionally delicious—not the overly salty or dry type you often find in typical chicken pot restaurants. You can really feel the firmness of the meat when biting near the bone.It’s perfect for gatherings with friends or family and absolutely worth recommending 💖.

Their sauna chicken also looked great. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely try it next time.
