I have to say, this beef brisket and offal hotpot shop absolutely blew me away — easily one of the best meals I’ve had among all my food hunts in Shenzhen.

To be honest, this is hands down the most delicious beef offal hotpot I’ve had so far. And the first sign? Even someone like me — with not‑so‑great teeth — can eat everything effortlessly.

The pot comes fully loaded with:

• 4 handmade beef balls — bouncy, juicy, and rich with garlic aroma

• Beef brisket — incredibly soft, tender, and deeply flavorful

• Beef tripe — soft without being chewy

• Beef tendon — tender enough to swallow after just a few bites

Underneath the beef layer, you’ll find:

• Tofu puffs

• White radish

• Sweet corn

The broth is naturally sweet, and the radish is soft, juicy, and fully infused with flavor. Every ingredient tastes like it has been carefully simmered — you can really feel the effort the shop puts into this hotpot.

The meanl comes with two bowls of Chinese noodles. I personally recommend the crab roe noodles, which has a rich meaty aroma that hits you the moment they arrive. Just the smell alone is enough to boost your appetite. The other one has a much lighter flavour so I didn't put up the picture of it.

The set also includes a vegetable platter with:
