Tender, flavorful beef brisket and offal hotpot is a classic Guangdong specialty. So when I came across this unassuming little shop, I honestly didn’t expect too much. But somehow, they managed to make it incredibly delicious! 😋

I have to say, this turned out to be easily one of the best meals I’ve had during all my food hunts in Shenzhen.

🏆 One of the Best Beef Offal Hotpots I’ve Ever Tried

To be honest, this is hands down the most delicious beef offal hotpot I’ve had so far. And the first sign? Even someone like me, with not-so-great teeth, can eat everything effortlessly.

🍲 A Generous Layer of Beef Offal on Top

The pot comes fully loaded with:

• 4 handmade beef balls — bouncy, juicy, and packed with garlic aroma

• Beef brisket — incredibly soft, tender, and deeply flavorful

• Beef tripe — soft without being overly chewy

• Beef tendon — tender enough to swallow after just a few bites

🍲 Flavorful Ingredients Beneath the Surface

Underneath the beef layer, you’ll find:

• Tofu puffs

• White radish

• Sweet corn

The broth is naturally sweet, and the radish is soft, juicy, and fully infused with flavor. Every ingredient tastes like it has been carefully simmered, and you can really taste the effort that goes into the preparation.

🍜 Comes with Two Main Dishes — Highly Recommend the Crab Roe Noodles

The meal comes with two bowls of Chinese noodles. I personally recommend the crab roe noodles, which have a rich, meaty aroma that hits you the moment they arrive. Just the smell alone is enough to boost your appetite.

The other noodle dish has a much lighter flavor, so I didn’t include a picture of it.

🥬 A Fresh Vegetable Platter for Balance

The set also includes a vegetable platter with:

• Choy sum

• Cabbage

• Lettuce

• Plump, crunchy bean sprouts

It adds a refreshing balance to the meal. The bean sprouts are hidden underneath the other vegetables.

🏠 Environment & Extras

The dining area is clean and air-conditioned. However, the space is a little cramped, and the décor is somewhat simple. To the left of the door, there are several condiments that you can mix yourself, along with a selection of drinks.

Apart from beef brisket, they also serve beef brisket noodles, rice noodles, and rice, which is great if you’re a beef lover.

📚 Overall Experience

I wholeheartedly recommend this beef brisket and offal hotpot. This was easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had during my food hunts in Shenzhen. The beef brisket and offal were incredibly tender and flavorful, and I was especially impressed by how easy everything was to eat. Even with my not-so-great teeth, I could enjoy the beef, tripe, tendon, and other ingredients without struggling. 😋

The service was excellent too. The staff member who served us was humble, polite, and genuinely pleasant — I rarely use all three of these words to describe service staff.

If you’re a fan of beef brisket and beef offal, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try. It’s the kind of small, unpretentious shop where the food itself is the main attraction. 🏆
